The SHORT LONG BEARD
The days of the bushy beards have been left behind in 2019. This year will be more about sculpted and refined-looking facial hair. The short-long beard does exactly that with a more trimmed look around the cheekbones and 2-inch long growth below. This look is especially good if you have a double chin or a rounder face. If you have a long face, a shorter beard would be a better way to go.

The GARIBALDI BEARD
HAIR TRENDS
This style is for those who aren’t quite ready to leave the bushy look behind them but are still interested in trying out a more refined style that only needs to be trimmed every now and then.
This look is perfect for men with oval or rectangular faces. The one thing about this beard is you need to grow it for at least 4 months until it is around 15-20 cm. Then once you have achieved optimal length get your barber to create a rounded look to the bottom of the beard.
In 2020 it’s all about the Quiff! What is that you say? It’s the look of shorter hair on the sides with 4-6 inches on top. Classy, Cool, Professional and apparently voted the sexiest by women… Now you may have seen this look before but did you know there are many different Quiff’s and ways to style Quiff’s?
Our favourite Quiff look? The low taper fade on the side with the thick textured quiff on top.
Who should NOT do this look? Anyone that has a very thin face as the higher the hair, the more elongated your face will look. A shorter quiff is best for you. Also men with large ears should shy away from this style as the shave on the side will make your ears pop.
Love the look but don’t know how to style it?
Towel dry your hair until slightly damp then use pomade or clay such as our LAYRITE cement clay and work it through to the achieve the height and texture you’re looking for. Finally, blow dry your hair by pulling it back and up to create volume.
